First, we believe in service. We believe that genuinely good service needs to be rewarded. To this end, we offer our employees the opportunity to own part of the company through a micro-credit system.We believe this creates a loyalty not only to our company but also to achieving the highest possible standards of service and commitment to our customers.
Our background IS hospitality and service.
Alberto spent eight years in the activities and public relations department of the largest resort chain in the world, Sol Melia.
Tony spent seven years in the food and hospitality business in the UK. This experience, combined with more than a decade operating liveaboards in Indonesia has helped create a service model that is predictive of and adaptive to our customer's desires.
